Nice demo. Much better than the Peavey guy who ran through it in under 2 minutes. The amp is way too complex for 2 minutes especially when it doesn’t come with a manual ( at least in my case). I know, I know I can download one but I prefer it to be in paper in my hands 😎🎸

Is there a way to transpose the complete instrument, independently of which patches I’m using? If I transpose while playing and then select a different patch, I will then need to reset the transpose on that new patch. I know I should be able to transpose my playing on the fly (to fit in with the vocalist’s needs), but I’m not there yet.

Lots of talk about stereo image yet the audio mix is in mono.

Question: I connected my headphones and i am having problem fully canceling controlled the sound that i hear in my headphones. Specifically, i want to hear ONLY deck A, then deck B. Then i want to hear the blend ( songs together) I tried pressing only 1 cue button at a time but that didn't work. Any suggestions?

I been playing since Simmons was a thing in the early 80's. I was totally turned off by the sound and electronics since then to now. I heard a couple bands on UA-cam play these and I was blown away. It made me realize there;s hope for the electronic drum age. Our church needs one of these.

It's fantastic to see all these things that the Yamaha Montage 8X can do. The downside is that I have been waiting for 8 months, and Yamaha Studio London said there is a shortfall in production. Why promise people that if you pay a deposit, you will get Montagemontage quickly? It is sad that Montage is like a computer or video game that should be made in massive production. It looks like you are buying a Bentley or super sports car that costs millions of pounds and is tailored to the buyer. I am sure I am not the only one and Yamaha should correct this ASAP.
